Body-Building: If i go on a low carb high Protein diet with a weight loss supplement?
For 52 days do you think i will be ripped if i do cardio daily with small sets of heavy weights. I’m 5’7, 20yr and 160 pounds but big build. Or would i just lose Muscle Mass and lose lot’s of weight. I’m medical marijuana smoker so the fat loss supplement won’t suppress my appetite thanks.
If you’re doing low carb/ high protein, make sure you’re getting your protein from generally fatty sources (if you eat chicken, eating something with it that has a good source of Omega 3′s, like an avocado).
I’d recommend looking at the guidelines of the paleo diet. When I started, I dropped from 197 to 188 in about a month. Slowly, my weight increased up to around 194, where is stayed for several months (roughly losing about the same amount of fat as muscle gained). Right now, I’m back up to 197, with a lot more muscle mass and a lot less fat… and I’m still getting stronger.
Also, knock the medical marijuana crap out. You’re 20, you don’t need that stuff… and it’s going to limit your gains.
